A while back a guy coded a skin for me and there are some issues I'd like to fix myself but don't know how, can anyone help me?



I've highlighted the areas of certain in this image.

1. If something is coded and it is too long for the width of the page it stretches out, instead of giving a horizontal scroll.
2. The width of the forum instead set to the full length of the fixed page area.
3. The footer is centred, whereas it should run across the whole bottom part of the page.
