I do not know this plug, but since 0.68 more 'old' plugs have troubles..

Place all TPL files (within the plug) in a tpl directory (so, no tpl in the root off the plug)

You could try this ??? (maybe this helps)

this plugin don't work on version 0.6.8. of Cotonti.
