I have released EZGallery as a good (developers) reference point and as a building block
for everyone. Including me as a possible commercial plug for the future... (wich will be soon B) )

I am very glad the plugin is liked... it is always nice to hear that ppl like my work.. :D
Now that I know that this plug is liked/wanted, I will start sooner on developing it further.

Please PM me a wish list with priorities in there.. so I can start on the most wanted
features first :)

On that index rotating thingy.... How would I choose what picture to show????
Just a random picture taken from a random public folder ?
Sequential maybe... So show a random folder and when finished go to the next folder?
(Maybe both and choose a way in the setup of the plug...)

Well... it seems like there is another gallery (a commercial one) available by Kort. Also based on Jquery ad-gallery, so that's an interesting development :)

How about integration into a userprofile? Showing random images from that users PFS?

Or (might not be secure) how about giving admins the possibility to add folders to a specific user profile.
For example:
I am an admin and have stored 10 images in my PFS in folder X, I want only those images from folder X to show in another users (just a member) profile.

Yes, of course, future updates will be cool BUT: the fact that we have a great working, easy to mod gallery is what we really needed!

You see: my webserver is kinda picky when it comes to certain plugins. When I was on sed, the moviegallery didn't function correctly, because my server had limited freedom when it came to the clients. All was done for security, and no bad words about it, but things do get narrowed down for ya...
But this plugin has caused NO probs whatsoever :)

Anyways, here is the foldericon I currently use, its 20*20, so it looks a bit more in place.

I am thinking off a commercial release for this plugin...??
Some features could be:

1) pagination for the folders
2) Gallery/folders categorised by user (by group maybe ???)
3) integration into index, pages, forum
4) a few themes to choose from
5) the ad-gallery options in config or on url
6) download option for the pictures (and I mean a real download.. (not open in new window))
7)... (I am always open for sugestions :D )

To many ideas about it... but it could be really great.
But since this all takes a lot off my time, maybe I will do it in parts ??

That's the reason why the gallery doesn't look as good as it should on my site.

But, paginisation would rock for sure; I think that most ppl will agree with me on that, that will only make your plugin even better :)

The start and stop (for the timers) are hardly visible...

Maybe pagination and a smaller foldericon will be needed for large sites :D
