When rooms are made in another language (russian... or something else...)
then this roomname is put on the url via a encode function..
so it turns into %uXXXX characters...

But getting that back, i need the foreign language again.. (Если in my testcase)

There is one catch... all languages should work!

How do I do this ?

I could rewrite the whole damn thing and put an id in stead off a name on the url...
But i am looking for a quick solution.

I have converted the ezchat plugin to use id's... using text on a url was a design
mistake that I made good news is, I learned from it

All languages should work now

p.s. I will release it soon.. I will ask someone to test it first...

In php it needs to be translated back to : Если

So I need somekind of urldecode function that does this..
I have looked around and tried several things, but could not find anything working..
