text field: Character Name
text field: Game Server (drop down with 8 choices)

Its for a guild site and people need to be able to add their game characters and the server its on.
Using that info, I can grab the data from the actual game server and cache then show their character data.

Any ideas if this is doable? How do I go about doing it?
