emeditor:
1/ download and inslall
2/ open explorer and search by mask *.php and *.tpl in seditio folder
3/ select all (found) fiiles in emeditor
4/ in emeditor tools -> proreties for all configurations-> file-> saving
5/ check always enable saving and switch encoding to utf-8
6/ press OK

7/ Press save all/
