I installed pagavatar on a fresh install. 
Config: All | datas/photos | thumb-250-250-height | 0 | jpg JPG | 
Also tried with size, with crop, with one category.
Picture is uploaded, but thumb is not created.

What am I doing wrong?
Can someone help?
