You'll probably have to write a script to convert all the MyBB tables.

As Macik pointed out; it's not just a matter of copy/pasting the data over.

It's not a trivial task. You need to understand quite well internals of both Cotonti and MyBB. Moreover in many cases you can not just compare and transfer data because some of it need to be processed before import in Db. And other data you can not get (for example: passwords usually stored as hash value of actual user password, so you can not transfer password at all).
