I only changeed the button image.. (I used the sed-light skin as a base to start.)

the hyperlink is set to {FORUMS_TOPICS_NEWPOLL}, so it should work, correct?

The link behind the button is wrong.
If you hover over the button you can see the link is to www..../site/
You are missing a part. you miss something like: forums.php?m=newtopic&s=2&poll=1

I guess you miss a part in pour TPL. Check your tpl with the sed-light one.

strang if you hover over the button, which link do you see?

Is the link OK?
Do you get the message of redirection, or are you just going to index?

oke, got that to work, but now if I want to create a poll, and click the button, it redirects me to the index :S

It is not in plugins.

GO to admin-forums, click on the forum you want to activate it for and:

Enable Polls : Yes No

I can't get it to work either.. changed nothing in the tpl, plugin is installed. in poll options it's activated..

when I try to open it via admin/plugins, it gives this message:

Error (#950)
An error occured, maybe a wrong URL ?

enable it in the adminpart of the forums for the placed you want to allow it.

then you will get a new poll button in that forum part
