			<description><![CDATA[Unless i'm wrong the plugin creator can design a install script and uninstall, that is called. Which its up them to code it to remove the DB, but that can be bad anyways as removing the db on install may not be something somone always wants.<br />

			<description><![CDATA[Now we have install scripts. They work so good and wonderful. they make install plugins easier/ BUT<br />
After first install we always want to all in work most of plugins. <br />
Many plugins has their own databases. Plugin install it.<br />
But in unistall part we don't write any drop tables. And after 5-7 such plugins our database look look thrash/ I think we need to think about unistall plugin with db or without it.]]></description>
