I'm not sure exactly how it works, but if it doesn't work how we need we can fix it. This could be used to on the fly add extra fields to rows AS a plugin, or Owner so needs. All extra fields can stay as default as they are now, but no new default extra fields would need to be added.

Please don't forget. The core is still supposed to be a framework. We won't add things just because someone uses it on their site.
