I haven't tested it yet, but I did take a look at the code. I noticed an unknown function: cot_makealias.

The cot_makealias function takes some text (usually a title) and converts it into a format that can be safely used in URLs:

Replaces spaces with hyphens (-) Converts special characters, such as Turkish characters, to their proper ASCII equivalents removes any special characters that might cause problems in the URL

то есть я так и не понял каким плагином он формируется - возможно и не плагином но найти откуда эта переменная {TASK_STAGE_PRICE} так как она накладывается на калькулятор и немного не верно считает в итоге после зачисления заказа не так считается итог (плюс может эта связано и с функцией recalculatePrice();  она там есть на всех пересчетов) - список всех плагинов здесь

Because in this case, I would like to investigate market to another solution, and compare what is better for me, hire a developer who will re-write half of Cotonti core,logic or hire to develop totally new project.

Для меня тоже важен вопрос, что случилось с Cotonti? Она жива и Вы планируете что-то, или все таки проект мертв и теперь каждый в свободном плавание?

Для меня это важно, так как у меня проект фриланс биржи на Cotonti. Пока еще все ок, но боюсь, рано ли поздно, версия просто будет устаревшая и тут появится вопрос, что дешевле:

искать программиста, который будет переписывать ядро и логику Cotonti или же искать кто разработает под ключь другой проект.

Но очень хотелось бы, что-бы Cotonti жила
