GHengeveld - Cotonti site bugged?

I've noticed the issue before, it's caused by APC caching causing the server to run out of memory. It's not harmful, the system will work fine without APC, but still I've made an issue for it. For now I've disabled display_errors on the site so you won't see them again.

GHengeveld - Search bugged?

Thanks for the report, I'll look into it. There's some other issues with the find module that need to be resolved.

To clarify: The search function on this site is different from the search plugin that comes with Cotonti by default. We use a module named 'find'. This module has an entirely different approad to searching within the site, as it indexes keywords on pages and forum posts and searches the index, rather than searching within pages fulltext. This is far more efficient, but is technically quite complex.

I intend to release the module some day, but issues like this need to be resolved first.

Added 1 month later:

I've released the module now, so you can have a look at the code yourself and improve upon it.

	The search on this site:
http://www.cotonti.com/find

Just for information. Its happening on 2 different locations (both work and home) and in both IE and FF. Just type "plugins" in the search box and press "pages". It will return no result. Now, the search field is empty, type in "plugins" in the search field again and press the search button, now the previously posted error will come up at the header.

foxhound - Search bugged?

Not sure where this belongs but the search on this website is bugged, not sure whats going on but it looks very bugged..

If you select to search pages only and the results have pagination if you navigate to the next page the search will reset and list search results of all, instead of the previously selected pages only.

If you go to the search and (for example) search for "plugins", if you than click on pages it finds nothing (the search box is even emptied), type "plugin" again and than click the main search button and you will get an error at top of the page:
Warning: urlencode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /htdocs/plugins/urleditor/inc/urleditor.functions.php on line 217

Warning: urlencode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /htdocs/plugins/urleditor/inc/urleditor.functions.php on line 217

Additionally I think there is a bug in the skin?
http://www.imagebanana.com/view/vje7zbit/arma2OA2011090601411100.png

Pagination at the bottom is pushed into the editor.

	[edit]

I need to learn this new editor it seems.

Having major problems. The theme won't show up and it keeps changing the url to "http://localhost/" which is what I'm assuming messing up the theme. I replaced the 0.9.2 config with the 0.9.3 version and replaced the mysql information and kept "$cfg['mysqlhost'] = 'localhost';" the same as it is as it worked just fine. I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong here.

Before the upgrade procedure was automatic. You needed to replace ALL files also the config.php.
Problem is that nobody does this. (Me included)

And then you got those problems.

Use the config.php from the downloaded 0.9.3.
Fill all in and change the 1 into a 0.

But start from your side BEFORE you tried to upgrade. Otherwise you can get a corrupted database.

It definitely exists. Was set to five. Set it to the max available value and error is gone! Much appreciated.

For my own benefit what would have caused this? Server issue? If it's too complex to explain I quite understand. Thanks again!

Trustmaster - Bug in user list with genoa 0.6.13

Seems like maxusersperpage configuration option is missing from sed_config table. Please check if Admin => Configuration => Users => "Maximum lines in userlist" exists. If for some strange reason it doesn't then you might need to run this SQL query to restore it:

INSERT INTO `sed_config` (`config_owner`, `config_cat`, `config_order`, `config_name`, `config_type`, `config_value`, `config_default`, `config_text`) VALUES
('core', 'users', '05', 'maxusersperpage', 2, '50', '', '');
