Not complete admin panel

Members	Hi. I have a problem with admin panel. I updated my cotonti and my theme to latest version. All works ok but admin panel not have all of links. Look: http://img820.imageshack.us/i/bugva.jpg/ Please, help me :( Sorry for my bad ENG ^^

re upload admin.lang.php into the system/lang/ folder and adminqv.en.lang.php into the plugins/adminqv/lang folder. That should do it, I think.
