Pages addresses and titles and meta-tags

Please, help! Asked every possible resource..

Members	Hi everyone, I am from Russia and here we didn't find the answer to our question, that is why I decided to ask here. I am not a programmer, so I will try to describe what we have troubles with. We need to assign beautiful page addresses to the site pages - like, for example, ....ru/tutors/maths or .....ru/tutors/english instead of ...ru/index.php?e=users&cat=math&group=tutor How can we do this? Second question: we need to assign titles and meta-tags for each page. We can't find the way to do it in Cotonti.. It is very important because without this we won't be able to start optimizing our website. We asked every possible source but noone has any answer. Please, help us. Thanks a lot in advance!
