Okay, so you want to migrate to Siena. Don't take it lightly, I'm pretty sure you'll not get it to work 100% right away. You'll definitely lose some functionality, and maybe even some data (really depends on what you have right now). If I were to do this myself I'd probably just take the database and update that do the Siena format (by running all the upgrade scripts) and not care about any of the files (except for PFS files and avatars/photos ofcourse), including my skin. Perhaps I'd even choose to leave some data, to start with a clean slate. Maybe even go as far as to migrate only useraccounts and pages. But that's really up to you.
