{LIST_ROW_IMG} is not a imagename, it is a path.

Try to replace <a href="datas/photos/{LIST_ROW_IMG}"><img src="datas/thumbs_pages/{LIST_ROW_IMG}" /></a>
with {LIST_ROW_IMG}
