delete them in the dir /datas/thumbs/

When they are asked for, they will be regenerated.

Added 2 hours 4 minutes later:

Just delete the file in /datas/thumbs/, no need to re-upload all the files in the PFS.
Then open the sub-folders in your PFS and it will rebuild with the new dimensions.
