What do you mean by "optional insertion of external nofollow property"...
don't have a clue what you mean. Can you give an example..

I found it, but the "external" part is that a correct value for the rel property ?

google uses it.. (I didn't know that) it is really interesting to read.
For the other users: Article about nofollow attribute

I will make the following in the next version
In the setup of the plugin:
    Always use nofollow links (Yes/No)
    Default nofollow (Yes/No) When "always use nofollow" is NO then it is a user option

And i will look into the editing part. (It should be there I agree)

So the next version will be nice I think...
If someone has a nice suggestion, please let me know
