Should there be a 'lib' folder for 3rd party code libraries?

Administrators Thanked: 9 kez	Well I have a plan on moving uploadify to more of a plugin anyways that i've seen the workings, as it will be a bit more logical and allow it to be used else where, and or even replaced.
