Solution:

# Trustmaster : Right, it's a bug. In order to fix it, open that file at line 99 and replace it with
if ((int) sed_sql_result(sed_sql_query("SELECT COUNT(*) FROM $db_polls WHERE poll_id=$id"), 0, 0) != 1)
The fix will be included in next beta.
