However, it didn't solve the problem. There is an old Cotonti version called 0.6.* Genoa. There it would work and there are plug ins for pages addresses/SEF.

We have a new version - 0.9.16 Sienna. And there nothing works with the pages address and titles and meta tags.

Any idea how to solve the problem? We tried to downgrade the version but it wasn't possible...

Set preset to 'Handy'

Rename sef-urls.htaccess to .htaccess in you site root directory.

2) Pages has fields: "Meta description", "Meta title", "Meta keywords". You can fill them widh some data you need.

I am from Russia and here we didn't find the answer to our question, that is why I decided to ask here. I am not a programmer, so I will try to describe what we have troubles with.

We need to assign beautiful page addresses to the site pages - like, for example, ....ru/tutors/maths or .....ru/tutors/english instead of ...ru/index.php?e=users&cat=math&group=tutor

How can we do this? Second question: we need to assign titles and meta-tags for each page. We can't find the way to do it in Cotonti..

It is very important because without this we won't be able to start optimizing our website. We asked every possible source but noone has any answer. Please, help us.
