I did think it was strange that "email title" was empty but the name was a bit misleading. Anyways thanks for your help.

{MAIL_BODY}

{SITE_TITLE} - {SITE_URL}
{SITE_DESCRIPTION}

While yours might be blank judging by blank emails.
