@Kort: I would but...their support sucks. The needed link leads to an invalid url. They have forums through, but the admins just tell you to go to the support.

@all: I'll try installing again and see what happens. If only that server error that IE gives was more specific.

EDIT: I've deleted it all. my host, c-panal, and dns all seem to be fine, which is good. It's just cotonti that's being a pain in the butt. I've followed all the instructions in the INSTALL txt. It's not a dns issue ether, because the dns for redwes.co.cc worked 5 sec.s after I set it up. It's just a cotonti issue. Firefox isn't real helpful for errors, but IE shows this:

HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
