it seems impossible to edit the skin,because all use a same header...

so I tried to config the "HTML Meta keywords",but I don't know how to config it.

or may I add a extra field in pages to save keywords?how to use the keywords field then?

META keywords don't mean anything to Google. They have been abused by spammers so much in the past that Google doesn't use them anymore. Most other search engines don't use them either.
