This is not that easy to adapt all.
You need to verify every page for the changed tags. You need to compare this skin with a cotonti skin (sed-light). It is a lot of copy-paste. ... can we help you ...

You need to check all tags.
Open both files, the one you got and the one from sed-light. Look for almost the same blocks and do a copy-paste. Make sure you got all files. Some files are not in a seditio-skin, only in a cotonti-skin. eg: admin.banlist.inc.tpl Also check all images. And in the css files, at the bottom there are some extra lines, those you need to copy. ... can we help you ...

Seditio skins will work for 95% in cotonti.
Just use it and change something if there is a problem. And No do not copy the files. You need to copy blocks. eg: <!-- BEGIN: PM_TITLE --> <tr> <td class="coltop" style="width:16px;">State</td> <td class="coltop">Sender</td> <td class="coltop">Subject (Click to read)</td> <td class="coltop" style="width:176px;">Date</td> <td class="coltop" style="width:72px;">Action</td> </tr> <!-- END: PM_TITLE --> ... can we help you ...
