how can rename the easyslider styles ?

ok, in my header.tpl, if I delete this code:

script type="text/javascript" src="skins/{PHP.skin}/js/jquery-1.2.1.min.js">
script type="text/javascript" src="skins/{PHP.skin}/js/menu.js">

MarkItUp running again.

Is the problem in the script compiling ?

Added 24 minutes later:

maybe the error is jQuery.
I use a menu on the left with jQuery form, and markitup has jQuery.
How can work with two jQuery whitout conflict ?
