I did not rename cot_skinfile to cot_tplfile (cot_templatefile is too long) for easier migration of existing code, otherwise I would unify its arguments with other cot_*file functions too.

Admin.page works fine and the template is there, please check your SVN copy.

Updated the package, reinstalled the demo and it will now reinstall automatically every 3 hours.
