I have a formatted text in Word (Office from Microsoft)

I want the text in a page, but with the same format (Italic, Bold, ...)
What is the easiest way?

I think about saving the document as HTM and copy-past the html to the page and change Parser to html.

Is there an other way?
Because this is not friendly for a "dumb" user, who will add pages to the site.
