You need to check all tags.
Open both files, the one you got and the one from sed-light.

Look for almost the same blocks and do a copy-paste.

Make sure you got all files. Some files are not in a seditio-skin, only in a cotonti-skin.
eg: admin.banlist.inc.tpl
Also check all images.

And in the css files, at the bottom there are some extra lines, those you need to copy.
