I'm having problems with the file permissions however:

I continue to get this error. Yet I keep checking "777" on the file permissions.

 

If I check the folder datas/cache, a folder named templates does not exist. 

 

I figured out that my folders weren't set to "777" until I got the error once the installation was complete. Was this the problem.
