I like the idea. Could be actually integrated with the new extensions/themes repository... which nobody has coded yet.

But first I'd like to see some activity in plugin conversion campaign :)

Many payment options aren't free, actually paypal is one of the very few. Credit card or iDeal or other such services require a monthly/yearly fee, or at least charge a certain price for each transaction. Setting up a central shop will only be feasible if there's enough extensions available and people actually buy them.

Nevertheless, its a good idea, if anyone wants to pick up the project and build the thing, I have no problem having it integrated into the website.

Actually.. Paypal can process credit card transactions. If other developers would like to share any ideas/suggestions they may have in regards to what features it should have; I would be happy to code it.

	Soo,

Isn't it an idea to add a seperate shop to the Cotonti site, where plug-in makers can add their stuff, and people like me can pay via different options.

Why do I come with this idea? well, I have come to the conclusion that due to difference in location I simply cannot pay certain developers because of - in this case - paypal restrictions.

So Cotonti would basically function as a middle man between buyers and sellers.

Another advantage would be a clear seperation between paid and free plugins.

Think it will help developers to get more revenue, and I can finally add usefull stuff to my site.

	Just a (hopelufflu helpfull) thought
