Because I don't have access to the server it's hard for me to check the NTFS permissions. In the past I have had scripts which read/write to folders so I don't think folder permissions is an issue to be honest.

That screenshot shows a some what grey theme, I'm not sure that the default nemisis theme is supposed to look like that, or is it?

But what I don't understand is I have changed the default theme name within the config.php to the "Endless Ocean" (name of the folder within /themes/) and nothing happens.

	All out of ideas!

if you are hosted on a windows server you can be sure there is something similar to chmod if not the same.
the data folder needs to be read/writable all others readable.

Hi,
I have just uploaded cotonti to my web server hosted by Fasthosts and I'm having a small problem applying any theme.
Here's what I'm getting:
http://bit.ly/lH42nm

I have changed the fields within the config.php and still nothing.

The only thing I can think of is setting the folder permissions to CHMOD 777 (presently 700), but any FTP software I use complains that it cannot apply the change because it cannot find the file or folder.

Not quite sure what I can do now to fix this... can anyone please help?
Added 41 minutes later:

On another note, because I'm not too familiar with the PHP environment(I'm more of a VB/ASP person) I have just learned that CHMOD is only available on Unix servers. The website is running under Windows. What can I do?
