	The above examples are not achievable, because "What I'm looking for" values are syntactically overlapping. For example if you take <a href="http://example.com/somenicething," rel="nofollow">http://example.com/somenicething,</a> you can't know whether it is a page, or a category or a plugin.</p>

	This has always been a section of cotonti that i am clueless at; however, i am curious as to how it works. I have looked around through the documentation and prior forum posts but they all seem to be a little out-dated.. so i figured I'd try and get an update.</p>
<p>
	What i want to achieve is something similar to this in <strong>Siena 0.9.1</strong>:</p>
<table><tbody><tr><td>
				<strong>Original</strong></td>
			<td>
				<strong>What I'm looking for</strong></td>
		</tr><tr><td>
				<a href="http://example.com/page.php?al=page_alias" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/page.php?al=page_alias</a></td>
			<td>
				<a href="http://example.com/page_alias" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/page_alias</a></td>
		</tr><tr><td>
				<a href="http://example.com/page.php?c=list_category" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/page.php?c=list_category</a></td>
			<td>
				<a href="http://example.com/list_category" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/list_category</a></td>
		</tr><tr><td>
				<a href="http://example.com/plug.php?e=plugin_name" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/plug.php?e=plugin_name</a></td>
			<td>
				<a href="http://example.com/plugin_name" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/plugin_name</a></td>
		</tr><tr><td>
				<a href="http://example.com/users.php?m=*" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/users.php?m=*</a></td>
			<td>
				<a href="http://example.com/*" rel="nofollow">http://example.com/*</a></td>
		</tr></tbody></table><p>
	 </p>
<p>
	if anyone has any knowledge of how to accomplish these, i would really appreciate it (and im sure many others will too).</p>
