I can not reproduce your error.
In a file an_ppve.page.tags.php at str 26 is the variable $an_ppve_base_url
Perhaps a bug in it. Check its value. It should be

http://your_domain/plugins/an_ppve

it won't show the images, only text, even when you select images only.
in the tpl everything seems to be ok.

can some one take a look at this?
