For example in Admin there is this link for the admin of any cotonti site to view new comments.
admin.php?m=comments
It shows a new page with a list of new comments. However the comments shown are not the full comment (only a few letters long) so this would need to be changed to show the full comment

So I think a new page just for new comments would be best.
plug.php?e=newcomments
And have it Have it show this

 	Code  	Author  	Date  	Comment  	Open

Code = page number
Author = who wrote it
Date = the date it was posted
Comment = the full text of the comment
Open = a link to that page

Plus perhaps in the future something like that Wordpress mailing feature (if the user subscribes to the page he has posted new comments on)

Right, you could be more specific. For example - are your wishes to see this on the front page or on a page-specific rss feed?

Wordpress has a nice feature of mailing the additional comments to you - something like that maybe?

Howdy,
I have a site that shows flash productions that are between 50-400k each page. On my site people like to comment on these pages a lot, and also like to read other people's comments/replys at a later date.
To avoid people loading the same page over and over just to read new comments (to save my bandwidth) could I request a plug-in to view the newest comments without viewing the page the comments are from.
