Well, i do not know anything about this host but i would rather recommand a *post for host*.
You simple post on their forums to get hosting, you can even get a domain name for free.
get extra space and bandwitch. all by posting.

And well, most of these hosts are pretty even to a low budget paid host.
Just dont pick a *post for host* forum with a low count post to get hosting faster. meaning their service is a bit to easy to get.

I asked this because even though 000webhost is great they do have a "SQL Server Shutdown in progress" and many other errors that happen here and their.

As far as I've seen 000webhost (free host) works fine since we've had hundreds of psp sites running that.

Look at the cotonti minimum requirements - if the host does not meet those, then no go. If it doesnt meet the requirements for the goodies, then no goodies as well.
