I have completed a fresh install and get the following errors:

I have checked my php version and it is 5.2.6 - the usr/lib/php path is correct

I have reuploaded files and CHMOD files to 755.

the directory and file do of course exist.

I have all correct entries in the config.php file including mainurl path, no typos or backslash.

could someone please advise what else I need to do to get the site working as all I have currently is a blank site.
