No bbcode and ckeditor together?

i always do my upgrades/work etc on a test site first :) to verify that everything works correctly :) so you can't actually see the problem.

i have located it in the skins tpl file so now its fixed and working the way it was meant to :) the skin was based on gameportal so that might have the problem with 6.2.3 and above.
