Might be fast&easy for you. CKEditor has less bugs than elRTE, having elFinder for it would be great.

Anyways, I've done my best to implement basic security features on this plugin, so it's absolutely safe to use yourself or in small trusted teams. Use it in communities too, but for a slightly higher risk.

Attachments need a revamp. I haven't had a chance for it so far.

BTW, for an old file upload in a webpage, the attachment plugin is far better anyway, don't you think that file upload is obsolete? Wouldn't it be better just to work on attachments plugin to be connected to PFS or something like this?

It hasn't been tested properly yet, so report bugs here if you find them. I'll fix them in a few days.

You can also request some features, though I can't promise I can implement them all. For example, I can't change elFinder behavior itself. And I can't make it paste file URL in the page file field (but I'll try to implement it a bit later). There is already one thing in my TODO list for this plug: add a global tag to insert a button that opens elFinder dialog anywhere on site.
