I do not know this plug, but since 0.68 more 'old' plugs have troubles..

Place all TPL files (within the plug) in a tpl directory (so, no tpl in the root off the plug)

You could try this ??? (maybe this helps)

this plugin don't work on version 0.6.8. of Cotonti.
In forum post don't show anything, I see "ffffff Reputation : 0 0" under user age
