Fixed the polls

Sad to know I can't change the look for the PFS
which means if I release it, it will be still like that even if I change it on my cms

Probably another easy fix....
I am like, 80% away from completing another template conversion to Cotonti
However, I can not find two tpl's or if there is even tpl's for them

Polls, and not the standalone, it shows on the homepage.
eg.

see, I need to add styles to the tables, but I cannot find out where to do it :\

And PFS, not the administration one, the one for all the users.
I thought I edited all the files, yet the pfs tables won't change.
So I am amusing there is another file floating around.
