Maybe it's also a good idea to rename 'other' to 'modules' and put it next to plugins. A short list of changes:
- Merged admin.tpl files and admin.inc.tpl (Admin menu now contains mainly the template admin panel)
- Section admin panel "pages" is divided into "pages" and "Categories" (I think this is logically correct hearted)
- Extra fields for categories
- Modified "page.queue" and as this subsection moved to the section "Pages"
- Subdivision "page.catorder" merged with the table settings categories
