First.Paste here your index.tpl code or just the part that shows the POLLS
Second.Dont flood.It's 3 o'clock and all of the things that you said earlier just dont make sence.
Third.Learn the html-structure.Its not that hard.You can do it JUST by erasing parts of the code and looking WHAT it changed.

You dont need any additional tpl's to just put something in the index.tpl(if its not a plugin)

emmm Advertisement.tpl?wha..where...why..what are you going to do with it?

the lang file of the skin is located in the skins/*your skin*/*your skin name*.en.lang.php

I technically just took some of the codes from the news.tpl file and put it in my advertisment.tpl file.Oh @ I cannot find the lang file.Can you specify it's location please?
