Well this post is just to 'see' what new plugins are required/wanted in Cotonti.
I have made a few off my plugins available allready (not all off them by the way  )I have loads off work, but if somebody makes a very nice suggestions about a plugin that is not yet available. Maybe I will make it... (commercially or maybe even for free) so I am open for suggestions... Anyway it is a good thing to know what is wanted.... (for every pluginmaker) ==- I say: Keep it EZ -==

Well, I think there's to few plug-ins for clans. We had XsCCS back with Seditio.. But in the meantime that plug-in doesn't work any more on Cotonti.
So I would be very glad with something similar.. Added 1 minute later: hm checked Xiode's site (so I could provide a link to XsCCS)... but even that isn't online anymore.. pitty.. |

Still a plugin which would be nice to see is one listing the most popular files, but other than those available already this one should be listing the files since a specific date, like "since a week, month, year, xx year, all time, etc). Some files are like 5 years old and totally out of date but since at that time they were very popular the most popular files of "today" (I mean a recent period) are not displayed and you will be stuck with useless "output". 2 - Another plugin is one adding the possibility of multiple downloadlinks on a page. By default there is one and by using the extra fields you can create additional links but the counter (number of times the file was downloaded) does not work with those extra fields so any file downloaded through those does not update the counter. (and with respect to the first mentioned plug the "most popular" would not be a correct value since its not counting all clicks, only the clicks from the default field). 3 - Being able to merge forum posts. Right now a moderator has no option other than to lock a topic and hoping a user will post the info in the correct topic. Specially if the info provided or the answers given in the unwanted topic could be usefull for the topic which should have been used. <img src="http://www.armaholic.com/datas/thumbs/green-sea-battalion-uniforms-version-03-preview_4.jpg" alt="green-sea-battalion-uniforms-version-03-" />

I am not into this clan thing.... what did this plugin do exactly? Do you still have that old sed plug lying around (maybe I can fix it...????) @foxhound: 1 and 2 are both download related, i suggest one plug that does both.. 1) flexible number off downloads 2) better registration about the downloads. I have a unfinished plug lying around I could partly use for this... (i'll look at it, and see what I can use from that) 3) Emailed you.. ==- I say: Keep it EZ -==

Ez..
I know.. but some part of it I can use.. How ever.. I was already planning on something like that to be made specially for me. If first plug-in (the award thingy) works out fine, maybe it's a second one for u Added 9 hours 34 minutes later: got another one for u.. a plugin that puts all announcements and sticky posts on top, or on one page.. |
