hadnt give all that userprofile much thought i have to admit
but i got something like this on my mind:

PROFILE PAGE
* css user skinability & upload css
* ajax edit personal details on-page

REGARDING "Make it Like MySpace"
* groups *2
+ user groups
+ image groups (mediaBay)
+ folder groups (mediaBay)
+ buddy list (is like any other group, just shown on profile with on/offline status)
* new SQL layout *1 (look down)
* using comment system like the myspace guestbook
* using ratings system to have cooler things like mypsace
* using medaBay interoperability to have slideshows, an mp3player and such cool features

The SQL structure should be like a reference table where we link the userid -> to the content (the thing you want to group) -> to the table with the type of content
the rights will be filtered as well as content availability through the cot system.

if i want to show the buddy of this user i can simply query one singly db
and let it show me all users with the on/off status for a specific user.

*2 the grouping will be available throug functions and tpl tags for the templates

i would really like to upload any but i dont want to spoil the fun, eh!

there will be some sort of official release post when i release the first alpha verison of the plugin called mediaBay because it's development shows it needs to support a broad array of different media formats like mp3, avi, divx and all image formats.

optional there will be some sort of image selling "mini-plugin" to organise and setup an image selling shop.

So i bumb this Thread because it is very important for me. Ok i only need a friend plugin ;)

But when is the Time to get it. Or how much it cost?

I wonder what's the progress on this project...? On August 17th I have a deadline of delivering a new version of my site (because on this day it will be site's eigth anniversary ^_^), if only you release a beta before that time, I can perform some testing. I'm not sure whether I should start inventing community features by myself or wait for the plugin to come ^^.
