Ah okay, N/A is the short name for the first rank 'Awaiting Aproval'. No one below the rank set to moderate in the config page should be able to do anything apart from browse... A lower ranking member should not even be able to see the option to create a team. Can you re-verify this security issue? If you are talking about setting the team leader to a player that has the rank of 1 then I can easily fix that, just need to add a WHERE clause... I also have some small rank icons, I just thought a decent size image people could do different stuff, you know give them more customisation... I'll check out yours though. Added 3 minutes later: After checking the code I dont see, unless your test user has admin rights over your site, how you can see the option to add a team... interesting.
