There is no difference in localizations, because no features were added/modified, except for markItUp editor update.

You can see difference in files by locating the folder you are interested in and clicking "View changes". You can get "From" revision number displayed for 0.6.5 in your Administration main page: Version 0.6.5 (r1050). As for "To", use the latest revision.

In r1080 I had to add 2 new language strings, see main.lang.php diff
