I agree this should be configurable, So maybe, if I find the time, I will make
a plugin for this.... (low in priority)
Then a siteadmin can decide what to allow or not

I don't think this comment spamming is happening within the cotonti site (I took a quick look)
but if you run a blog with comments open for non users, or a large site with comments, then this could be usefull.

Still it is good to have information about this, so we know what it is..
