user can change his name

Administrators Thanked: 9 times	It can already be allowed for users to change their email. Its a setting in Config > Users "Allow users to change their email address :" An option to change username could be put in with the user groups, actually we could move the allow users to change email there too. As well as later on we should fit in a way to manually let admin's add users. Thats something myself I've wanted to add. But of course all these things will have to wait till after 0.0.2 to be added.
